HTM 03-01 Annual Verification and Testing:
One-off or scheduled performance HTM 03-01 testing, including visual examination of the plant and a variety of measurements such as: airflow velocity, room differential pressures, air change rates, noise levels, temperatures, humidity and active biological air sampling.
Ventilation Plant Maintenance:
Routine checks of all components including fan units, air filters, heating and cooling coils, intake and discharge grilles, air conditioning units and safety cabinets.
Breakdown Repairs:
Replacement of fan and drive components, air filters, repair of leaking heating and cooling coils, faulty electrical control systems.
Refurbishment:
Upgrades and modification to mechanical and electrical components including filter housings, replacement of fans, ductwork components, installation of fan speed controllers and airflow alarm and monitoring systems.
